 The menu of our restaurant is a mixture of classical positions of European and Polish cuisine and dishes typical of our region, all prepared by the chef and the chef's experienced team with precision that ensures a refined composition of flavours that will pamper your senses.

The basis for all the dishes, which at the shining white plates look equally wonderful as they taste, are fresh products of top quality, purchased, if possible, from local manufacturers, local farms and our own palace garden.

The spécialité de la maison is wild meat, fish, mushrooms and forest fruit from ecologically clean forests and lakes of Tucholskie Forests that are turned by our cooking staff into meals so exquisite that they will live up to the expectations of the most demanding connoisseurs. Our menu changes regularly as the seasons of the year change so that our guest may experience an amazing cuisine journey to a destination which is always a nice surprise for your palate.
